Linoryt je grafická technika, ktorá v princípe nahrádza drevorez, linoleum je taktiež prírodného pôvodu z kaučukových živíc nanesené na jutovú textíliu. Linoleum má veľmi dobré vlastnosti pri rezbe, je mäkké, nemá vlákna, ktoré spôsobujú rôznorodosť hmoty čím uľahčuje prácu. Nevýhodou je, že linoleum môže časom zostarnúť a skrehnúť, čím sa jeho opätovná tlač alebo úpravy obmedzujú.
